Date Everything, as the title suggests, is a peculiar dating simulator which allows you to romance… your surroundings. Yes, you heard that right. Interacting with a specific object, such as a fuse box or toilet seat, allows you to have conversations with their personified form. One such object is Trash Can, Cam for friends. The snag is that quite a few players complain that, they can only be unkind to him... But rest assured, thanks to our guide, Cam may like you.
How not to be mean to Cam (Trash Can) in Date Everything
Have you ever dreamed of playing a game where all inanimate objects would be possible to romance? Or have you wondered what they might hypothetically look like in human skin? Now it is possible with Date Everything.
Let's talk about one specific "person", who is called Cam. A lot of people call him simply Can, because he is actually a Trash Can. Many players would like to be nice to him; however, the dialogue options often don't allow it. However, there is a way to make Cam feel that he is not being attacked but rather appreciated by us. There are two options to accomplish this.
You can wait with your second conversation until you have accumulated a fair amount of empathy points (80), so talking to him doesn't feel like attacking him. There is also a way to get it right by selecting specific dialogue options, which are presented below:
- I guess I have something here I can throw out…
- I’m not sure what it is… but it’s sticky.
- It was in my underwear drawer.
- No, it wasn’t moving… what’s wrong with you?
- Schrospringer. That’s a left field pitch.
- What are you, a baseball expert?
- Ha! Got me on that one! You are pretty smart, y’know.
- I don’t think you’re an idiot. I was complimenting you.
- What was cool?
- Yeah… yeah, you are good.
Thanks to the above ways, you won't have to feel bad when talking to Cam. Underneath that hard shell, hides sensitivity and kindness.
