Where is the lava lamp hidden?
- The lava lamp is considered one of the secret items that you can find in act 1. To find it, you need to explore the alien planet. The collectible is in a suitcase, which you will find on the path between deep Organics Deposit Areas and minerals - the attached pictures show this place.
Get the lamp and all other collectibles before completing act 1. After setting off on another journey and advancing to act 2, you won't be able to explore the previous location.
Where to use the secret item?
- The lava lamp is an item that Jan remembers from his childhood and it is associated with the main character's mother. It is treated as a unique collectible.
- Unfortunately, you cannot place the lamp in the captain's cabin as room decorations. Instead, it serves as a gift you can give to another character.
- The lamp can be gifted to Jan Technician. The option to give him the lamp should appear as an additional dialogue option (image above). Fortunately, you can't miss this, because the Technician is one of the mandatory characters.
- Jan Technician should be pleased with the gift - this will improve your relations with him.
You can also find other hidden collectibles. Find them all and then select them during conversations with alters. Each gift is assigned to a specific alter.
