Complete Prophecies of Velos Hadreth, Brima

Title: Complete Prophecies of Velos Hadreth
Series: N/A
IC Author: Velos Hadreth
OOC Author: Brima
Word Count: 158
Suggested Location: TBD. Stills-the-Water's office, Tower of Silgrad.
Status: WIP. Will likely go through several more revisions before the main quest is finalized. While the Prophecy of the Red Year is the only prophecy of Hadreth's explicitly needed as background to the main quest, others may be added later for color.

COMPLETE PROPHECIES OF VELOS HADRETH

I. THE PROPHECY OF THE RED YEAR (4E1)

No device wrought by hand of mer or men
Will suffice to keep Vivec's Ministry aloft.
Morrowind is wracked by trials numberless,
And proud Telvanni battered down.
The Marsh rises to take the pearl of Tear,
Earth, ash and water cover all.
I see a great shadow over Lilmoth
And a night of verdant fire:
Lorkhan's flesh and bone untimely lost
Forever turns the fate of Elesweyr!
Through war and famine, peace and plenty,
The Blind will wander the roads of Tamriel,
But my feet will not follow their pathways.

For I have seen the ruin of Silgrad
And I have seen the Tree in the Temple:
Long will stand the Tower, against the City's fall
And there wait Velos Hadreth, until the end of all.
